Samuel A. Minardi, 39, has 15 years of lobbying and state government relations experience.  Prior to launching his public and governmental affairs consulting firm, Minardi Public Affairs, LLC, Sam was a corporate executive for Allegheny Energy, Inc., a diversified energy company.  As Director, State Regulatory and Legislative Affairs, Sam led all legislative, regulatory, agency and executive branch lobbying for Allegheny in West Virginia and Ohio for more than eight years.

 

Judge Richard G. Opiela

Magisterial District Judge Richard G. Opiela believes that it is his duty and obligation to seek justice, to foster public trust and confidence in an independent judiciary.

Sen. Joseph M. Minard (W.Va.)

Sen. Joseph M. Minard has 24 years of dedicated public service to the residents of north central West Virginia. First elected to the West Virginia State Senate in 1991, Joe has served a total of sixteen years as a representative of the 12th Senatorial District (Braxton, Gilmer, Harrison and Lewis Counties).
